Job summary

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is seeking a capable Maitre D' to lead front-of-house operations at one of our renowned venues. You will manage table allocations for walk-ins and bookings across all restaurant sections, ensuring smooth turn times and exceptional guest experiences.

In this role you will anticipate guests' needs, relay special requests to floor and kitchen, and coordinate seamlessly with all departments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language proficiency essential.
• Experience coordinating seating plans and guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for both walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and communicate special requests to floor and kitchen; coordinate all departments as needed.
• Contribute to building a regular customer base by warmly engaging guests from door to table and beyond.
