  • Prepare properties for new tenants, including completing making-good works and addressing maintenance issues identified through inspections.
  • Identify, report and escalation more complex repairs, defects, damp, mould, health and safety concerns, and any property-related issues requiring specialist attention to the Housing Manager.
  • Work closely with the Housing Manager and external contractors, providing updates on completed and outstanding works as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used and follow-up actions, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and property maintenance standards.
  • Work respectfully within occupied homes, maintaining the privacy, dignity and independence of the Jewish adults with learning disabilities we support, and reporting any concerns relating to property condition or safety to the appropriate member of the Focus Foundation team.
