Focus Foundation is seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to support upkeep across our supported living properties in Whitefield and Prestwich. You will perform general repairs and basic tasks while respecting the privacy and dignity of residents.
The role starts ad-hoc with potential for regular contracted hours. You will work with the Housing Manager and external contractors, ensuring safe, well-presented homes that meet high maintenance standards.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of general maintenance, repair and property upkeep tasks, helping to ensure our properties are safe, well maintained and presented to a high standard.
The role will involve working across occupied supported living properties, so the successful candidate must be respectful, professional and mindful of the people living in our homes.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Worker who enjoys varied work and would like the opportunity to develop an ongoing working relationship with a growing organisation.
The role will initially be offered on an ad-hoc basis, with the potential for regular contracted hours in the near future.
