Job summary

Manpower UK, Leicester, is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to own maintenance across a leading manufacturing and R&D site. Salary up to £50,000 per annum, hours Monday to Friday 08:30am–5:00pm, based in Leicester.

You will manage PPMs, respond to equipment faults, improve schedules and lead root-cause investigations while ensuring health and safety compliance and effective collaboration with contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with PPM systems and maintenance schedules.
• Knowledge of engineering health and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

This permanent Maintenance Technician role in Leicester offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum with Manpower UK, working Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 5:00pm. Based at an established global manufacturing site, the successful candidate will take ownership of maintenance activities across a highly innovative manufacturing and R&D environment, ensuring critical equipment remains safe, reliable and operating at peak performance.

Location: Leicester. Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm (45-minute lunch break).

What You’ll Be Doing
