• Carry out maintenance and upkeep of all properties.
• Conduct repairs in line with the maintenance system.
• Ensure regular testing of fire alarms and emergency lighting.
• Liaise with external contractors as needed.
• Report faulty equipment and damages.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Carry out maintenance and upkeep of all properties within the group
• Conduct repairs in line with the maintenance system
• Ensure regular testing of fire alarms, water temperatures, emergency lighting etc
• Liaise with external contractors as and when required
• Report any faulty equipment/damages to buildings

To be successful as a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Have proven experience working in a maintenance role
• Be strong in general repairs (multi-trade)
• Have an excellent understanding of health and safety
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence
• It would be advantageous to have experience of working within a care/housing environment, however, this is not essential

In return, my client are offering a starting salary of GBP28,000 per annum, plus a company vehicle. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
