This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing maintenance team in Leeds. You will be responsible for carrying out proactive and reactive repairs and maintenance across our student accommodation portfolio, which includes Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBASA) and houses of multiple occupancy (HMO’s).
We are looking for someone with basic plumbing, joinery, and painting & decorating skills, who has experience in maintenance, as a general builder, or labourer. Your experience should be complemented by a strong customer focus, initiative, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to making our properties feel like home. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have a can-do attitude, this could be the role for you. This role requires some lone working, assisting sub-contractors on occasion, and a full UK driving licence.
