Overview:

Security & Maintenance Technician

RiverWoods is currently seeking a full-time Evening staff member (12:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday) to join our team for security & maintenance work and to help provide excellent and quality customer service in support of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, responding to Work Orders in order of priority or as directed. Respond to urgent requests from staff promptly.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Respond to pull cord and pendant activations or alarms, and handle all other emergency situations as required. Collaborate with emergency responders to ensure rapid response to 911 calls.
• Perform custodial functions for common areas, including public bathrooms, especially when housekeeping is unavailable.
• Participate in seasonal snow removal, cleaning, and moving vehicles, along with other snow-related duties.
• Support after-hours emergency requirements. May be required to be “On Call”.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of experience in a building maintenance role is essential.

Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is desirable.

Valid Driver's License is required.
