Job summary

Radisson Blu Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre in London seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep the hotel, its grounds and facilities in excellent condition. You will handle day-to-day maintenance requests, service equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while remaining calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good at multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Flexible approach and team-oriented mindset.
• Healthy understanding of building regulations and Health and Safety.
• Plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills are an advantage.
• 4-star hotel experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building and grounds to high standards without guest disruption.
• Complete day-to-day maintenance requests and routine servicing.
• Ensure fixtures and fittings remain in good working order and repair defects promptly.
• Perform regular machinery testing and maintenance on hotel equipment.
• Respond to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.

Salary – Up to £28,600 per annum

A bit about what you will do...

Maintenance Technicians in our team provide effective repair and preventative maintenance to ensure our hotel, grounds and facilities are kept in excellent condition.

• Maintain the building and grounds to the highest standard, without compromising the guest experience.
• Complete day-to-day maintenance requests.
• Ensure that all fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and any defects are corrected promptly.
• Complete regular machinery testing and maintenance on the hotel machines and equipment.

• Responding to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.
