Job summary

Radisson Blu Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre in London is hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep the hotel, grounds and facilities in excellent condition.

You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to maintenance requests, ensuring safety and high guest experience. A calm, organized, and flexible approach is valued in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good at multi-tasking and can adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible approach and able to keep guests' disruption minimal.
• Calm under pressure with a professional appearance.
• Basic understanding of building regulations and Health and Safety.
• Plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Technicians provide repair and preventative maintenance to keep hotel, grounds and facilities in excellent condition.
• Maintain the building and grounds to the highest standard without compromising the guest experience.
• Complete day-to-day maintenance requests.
• Ensure fixtures and fittings are maintained and defects corrected promptly.
• Regular machinery testing and maintenance on hotel machines and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.

Job description

Salary – Up to £28,600 per annumHoliday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.

• Maintenance Technicians in our team provide effective repair and preventative maintenance to ensure our hotel, grounds and facilities are kept in excellent condition.
• Maintain the building and grounds to the highest standard, without compromising the guest experience.
• Complete day-to-day maintenance requests.
• Ensure that all fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and any defects are corrected promptly.
• Complete regular machinery testing and maintenance on the hotel machines and equipment.
• Responding to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.
