Fairmont Windsor Park – Arora Group is seeking a proactive maintenance professional to keep our hotel, grounds and facilities in pristine condition. You will handle repairs, routine servicing and respond to maintenance requests to ensure a flawless guest experience.

The role requires strong organisational skills, calm under pressure, and a smart, professional appearance. Plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills are advantageous in this luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective repair and preventative maintenance to ensure our hotel, grounds and facilities are kept in excellent condition.
• Maintain the building and grounds to the highest standard, without compromising the guest experience.
• Complete day‑to‑day maintenance requests.
• Ensure that all fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and any defects are corrected promptly.
• Complete regular machinery testing and maintenance on the hotel machines and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.

Salary – £28,000 plus service charge. Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
