Hilton London Gatwick, connected to Gatwick South terminal and part of the Arora Group, is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our hotel, grounds, and facilities in top condition.

You will handle daily maintenance requests, perform routine PPM checks, and respond to emergencies to ensure guest experiences remain uninterrupted. We value a smart, proactive team player with strong safety knowledge and practical trades skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in building regulations and Health & Safety.
• Plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills are advantageous.
• Experience in a similar role in a 4-star hotel is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the building and grounds to the highest standard, without compromising the guest experience.
• Complete day-to-day maintenance requests.
• Complete daily room PPM checks.
• Ensure fixtures and fittings are maintained and defects corrected promptly.
• Complete regular machinery testing and maintenance on hotel machines and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.

Maintenance Technicians in our team provide effective repair and preventative maintenance to ensure our hotel, grounds and facilities are kept in excellent condition.

• Maintain the building and grounds to the highest standard, without compromising the guest experience.
• Complete day-to-day maintenance requests.
• Complete daily room PPM checks.
• Ensure that all fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and any defects are corrected promptly.
• Complete regular machinery testing and maintenance on the hotel machines and equipment.
• Responding to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.
