A leading company in co-living spaces is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of their properties. The role involves managing maintenance tasks, providing excellent service to housemates, and collaborating with the lettings team. Candidates should have multi-trade experience and strong communication skills. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.
Our Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the smooth running of our co-living houses and associated buildings across the business.
They will take care of matters associated with maintenance and repairs and provide proactive and reactive solutions. They will prepare, plan and implement a maintenance programme designed to reduce overall costs. They will plan and implement minor property improvement projects.
They will play a key role in ensuring our housemates can enjoy a comfortable stay in our beautiful houses. Excellent communication and relationship building skills will be essential as you fulfil a customer facing role, maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction whilst also balancing the needs of the business.
Reporting to the Lettings Manager, they will also provide assistance to our Bristol team during busy periods, when required. They will be supported by our lettings team and a comprehensive paperless, online working structure.
