ROLE: Maintenance Technician

WORKING HOURS: 12 hour shifts - 4on4off alternate day/night shifts, 0600-1800, 1800-0600

REMUNERATION: £48,048.00 per annum (including night shift allowance)

LOCATION: Clover Nook, Somercotes, Alfreton

Due to continued growth, we are looking for additional experienced Maintenance Technicians with a Mechanical/Electrical bias to join our Maintenance team at our Clover Nook Site, Somercotes, Alfreton.

WHAT OUR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS DO:

1. Maintain DC motors and associated drives
2. Maintain and repair Electrical Control Systems
3. Perform electrical and mechanical installation work
4. Carry out planned and preventative maintenance tasks (Mechanical and Electrical)
5. Perform breakdown maintenance involving fault finding on industrial and process control systems
6. Resolve electrical and mechanical repairs on PVCu Extrusion Plant Equipment
7. Liaise and support external contractors and suppliers when on site

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS:

1. Recognised Electrical / Mechanical maintenance apprenticeship / training scheme Level 3
2. Significant electrical and mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment (installation and maintenance)
3. Understand and interpret electrical and mechanical schematic circuit drawings
4. Driving license, as may be required to assist on other sites
