Wotton House is seeking a practical Maintenance Team Member to join our hotel team. You’ll carry out day-to-day repairs and general maintenance across the property, assist with routine checks and help maintain guest bedrooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
You’ll collaborate with other departments to keep hotel operations running smoothly, support preventative maintenance, and develop your skills with training and guidance from the team.

We’re looking for a practical, hands‑on Maintenance Team Memberto join our team and help keep Wotton House looking and working at its best.
This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. One moment you could be helping resolve an issue in a guest bedroom, and the next carrying out routine checks, supporting an event set‑up or helping maintain our historic building and grounds.
You’ll work closely with teams across the hotel, responding to maintenance needs and making sure our guests and colleagues have a safe, comfortable and well‑maintained environment.

Previous maintenance experience would be an advantage, particularly within a hotel, hospitality or facilities environment, but just as important to us is finding someone with the right attitude, practical mindset and willingness to learn.
