Job summary

Accor’s Ibis London Wembley is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to perform general repairs and maintenance across the hotel, including painting and decorating, and to support preventive maintenance programmes. You will maintain guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities while collaborating with management and external contractors.

The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience, a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work both

Job Description

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC), salary of up to£30,014.40 per year.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance, facilities or property maintenance experience
• Good all-round repair and DIY skills
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Painting and decorating experience is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical or carpentry works
