Job summary

Thistle Marble Arch is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to keep our hotel running smoothly and guest-ready. You will work with the Maintenance Team Leader to tackle daily tasks, handling both routine upkeep and urgent repairs to ensure a safe, comfortable, and extraordinary guest experience.

The role offers hands-on maintenance with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Your duties include planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel, quick resolution of requests, and supporting

As a Maintenance Team Member, you'll be at the heart of keeping our beautiful hotel running smoothly. From fixing minor issues to ensuring key equipment and spaces are guest-ready, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and extraordinary experience for everyone who visits. Working closely with the Maintenance Team Leader, you'll tackle daily challenges with a proactive and hands-on approach, keeping the hotel in top condition. Whether it's routine maintenance or responding to an urgent repair, your work will make a real difference.
