Job summary

The Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, in Cambourne, is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Manager. You will help ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors and colleagues and work with all departments to resolve maintenance issues, prioritising health, safety and security.

We welcome candidates with maintenance experience in any trade, a practical problem-solving approach, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in any trade.
• Ability to take initiative with a practical approach to problem solving.
• High attention to detail.
• Know what good looks like.

What will I do?

To assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks,ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members.You will work together daily with all departments and deal with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues that compromise Health & Safety and security.
