Job summary

Haven in Weymouth is seeking a Maintenance Manager to steer our facilities operations. You’ll lead a dynamic team, ensure safe, efficient, and welcoming maintenance for guests and colleagues, and drive continuous improvement.

The role combines hands-on leadership with budget and resource management, compliance with health and safety, and performance reviews. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends and holidays to keep our park running smoothly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in roles such as Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar leadership position.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in budgeting and financial management.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
