A successful and well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to join its operation in Willenhall. This role is ideal for a hands‑on senior maintenance engineer or engineering supervisor looking to take the next step into a team leadership position while remaining actively involved in day‑to‑day maintenance activities.
The Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment across the site. The role will involve leading and coordinating a small maintenance team, overseeing preventative maintenance activities, carrying out and supporting electrical fault‑finding and breakdown repairs, coordinating contractor activities, ensuring equipment inspections and maintenance records are kept up to date, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
