The Company
ATA have partnered with a multimillion-pound automated business. They are a multi-site organisation across the UK turning over £100 million and are recognised as the leading automated distribution business worldwide.

Role Overview
Are you an experienced shift team leader looking for a days-only role? Do you want to be involved in future capex projects and collaborate with other department heads across the UK? Are you eager to make an impact and take control of your site? This role suits an existing leader or someone with a proven track record of overseeing a team of engineers.

Responsibilities

1. Supervising the day-to-day operational engineering activities.
2. Scheduling planned preventative maintenance.
3. Mentoring and developing engineers.
4. Ensuring your team is well-positioned to carry out their work effectively.
5. Reactive and planned maintenance.
6. Implementation of store management through S5.
7. Conducting daily review meetings with customers.
8. Carrying out risk assessments.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a recognised electrical qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ level 3, BTEC, ONC, C&G, HNC, HND).
• Proven experience supervising or leading a team of engineers.
• Flexible to be hands-on when required.
• Experience in an FMCG environment is desirable but not essential.
• A positive can-do attitude.
