United Utilities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Warrington, operating on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance teams, planning preventive work, and driving improvements to ensure asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Time served in a relevant engineering discipline.
• HNC, ONC or equivalent certification in a relevant technical area.
• Experience in maintenance planning or related operational environment.
• Strong supervisory or leadership capability.
• Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse technical challenges and identify root causes.
• Track record of improving productivity and maintaining high performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CW Network Maintenance team activities and in-house maintenance staff and contractors.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver preventative, predictive and planned maintenance activities to maximise compliance and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve asset and network faults with effective solutions.
• Manage maintenance projects and contractors within budget, on time and to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of innovative maintenance practices.
• Provide technical guidance and maintain accurate performance/maintenance records.
