United Utilities is seeking a highly organised Business Administrator to join the Work Management Network in Warrington on a hybrid basis. You will support a portfolio of senior leaders, coordinate meetings and events, and prepare documentation to help teams perform at their best.

In this role you will manage competing priorities, produce high‑quality materials, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, business support, coordination or similar roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Teams/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Professional communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative support to senior leaders and manage priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, events, travel, accommodation, and logistics from planning to delivery.
• Attend meetings to capture notes, actions and decisions; produce documentation.
• Prepare high-quality materials: agendas, reports, presentations and briefing packs.
• Support workshops and team events with internal stakeholders and Executive Secretaries.
