Job summary

United Utilities is hiring for a hybrid, permanent full-time role in Warrington. You will coordinate the CW Network Maintenance team, manage contractors, and drive preventative and predictive maintenance to maximise asset reliability.

The position requires time-served engineering experience, and HNC/ONC or equivalent certification, with a focus on safety and quality in operations. Benefits include a strong pension and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Time served in a relevant engineering discipline.
• HNC, ONC or equivalent certification.
• Experience in maintenance planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CW Network Maintenance team and in-house maintenance staff; manage contractors.
• Plan, schedule and deliver preventative, predictive and planned maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve asset and network faults; implement effective solutions.
• Manage maintenance projects and contractors to ensure work is on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote innovative maintenance practices across the network.
• Provide technical guidance and maintain accurate performance and maintenance records.
