Job summary

Green Folk in Camberley is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 4-person site team in a busy manufacturing environment. You will plan maintenance activities, manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and coordinate breakdown responses.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract, a £46,000 base salary with an OTE of £48,000, and a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Significant maintenance and engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Supervisory, Team Leader or people management experience.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and manage a diverse team.
• Experience conducting appraisals, providing feedback and managing performance.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding capabilities.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands effectively.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and operational compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritise maintenance activities across the site.
• Own and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme.
• Coordinate prompt and effective response to equipment breakdowns.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain spares and consumables to support maintenance needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and promote a strong safety culture.
