Job summary

Green Folk in Camberley is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 4-person maintenance team on site. The role is full-time and permanent, with a Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am – 2:00pm schedule, offering £46,000 per annum with an OTE of £48,000.

You will plan maintenance activities, manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme, coordinate breakdown responses and drive continuous improvement while ensuring health, safety and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Significant maintenance and engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and performance
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding capabilities
• Good IT skills including Teams, Excel and Word
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands
• Strong health, safety and compliance understanding

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and prioritise maintenance activities across the site, balancing preventative maintenance, breakdowns and improvements
• Own and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate prompt response to equipment breakdowns
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability
• Maintain spares and consumables to support maintenance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, downtime, breakdown trends and response times
• Support Health & Safety and ISO/compliance initiatives
