Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage a facilities team in a warehouse environment near Rotherham. The role combines office planning with floor-level oversight and ensures daily operations run smoothly.

Are you a Maintenance Supervisor/Team Leader or similar from a facilities background, looking to join one of the largest companies within the UK?

Are you looking to further your career in a role where you can make an impact and be accountable for day-to-day operations, whilst managing 6 engineers?
In this role you will lead a facilities section within a warehouse / distribution environment and will be integral to the supply chain of this household name. You will be split between office-based and on the floor, planning and managing all scheduling along with general day to day operations of the maintenance function.
