Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is supporting a major UK brand in appointing a Maintenance Supervisor (Facilities) in Rotherham. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, split between the office and the shop floor, planning and managing all scheduling for the maintenance function and leading a team of six facilities engineers.

The role offers a salary of £47,000 rising to £50,000 in year two, with 33 days holiday, a 4% pension and a range of company benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Supervisor/Team Leader or similar
• Facilities background
• Willing to work Monday to Friday 45 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day operations, split between office based and shop floor
• Oversee a team of 6 Facilities Maintenance Engineers
• Developing and implementing PPM strategies
• Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week, flexible start and finish times
