You will lead 6 engineers, develop preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate scheduling across shifts. The position offers a starting salary of £47,000 with progression to £50,000, plus 33 days holiday and a pension.

• Strong planning and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day operations, split between office based and shop floor.
• Oversee a team of 6 Facilities Maintenance Engineers.
• Developing and implementing PPM strategies.
• Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week, flexible start and finish times.
