Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Standards and Resource Governance Lead for our Bioresources operations.

The role focuses on establishing auditable maintenance standards, governance of competency and authorisation, and aligning activities with safety and regulatory requirements. You will own policy across CHP, gas, SRP, sludge treatment and related infrastructure, while coordinating with teams to close gaps and drive resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing or governing maintenance standards, procedures or technical documentation.
• Understanding of competency management, skills matrices, training records and authorisation processes.
• Knowledge of health and safety, regulatory compliance and process safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance policy and standards across Bioresources assets (CHP, gas, SRP, sludge).
• Develop, review and govern maintenance standards, procedures and technical documentation.
• Ensure standards align with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Provide assurance against OEM standards, approved procedures and statutory requirements.
• Create reporting showing compliance, competency and critical maintenance activity.
• Address variances with responsible teams and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain competency frameworks, skills matrices and training records.
