Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Standards and Resource Governance Lead to shape maintenance governance across Bioresources sites. You will develop and govern maintenance standards, ensuring competency, authorisation and specialist resources are effectively managed, with risk-based, compliant guidance.

You will collaborate with technical specialists, operations and suppliers to embed standards in plans and instructions, strengthening safety and reliability across critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing or governing maintenance standards or technical documentation.
• Knowledge of competency management and training records.
• Understanding of health and safety, regulatory and process-safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and govern maintenance standards, procedures and technical docs.
• Identify gaps and implement practical, risk-based standards.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and health and safety requirements.
• Provide reporting on compliance, competency and maintenance activity.
