Siemens Energy in Hull seeks a Maintenance Shift Team Lead to supervise and plan all maintenance activities at the Blade Production Facility. You will lead a dedicated team to keep machinery and plant equipment in top condition, driving efficiency and minimal downtime.

You will act as Senior Technician, escalating issues, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and EHS regulations. Shift work, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Oversee maintenance activities in the Hull blade production facility.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and EHS initiatives.
• Lead a team of technicians with hands-on involvement during shifts.

Aufgaben

• Supervise maintenance tasks according to quality guidelines and EHS requirements.
• Assign tasks to team members and perform first-level troubleshooting.
• Act as Senior Technician while also serving as Maintenance Operative 60–80% of the time.
• Coach and train new starters and provide guidance to the team.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and occupational safety regulations.
