Siemens Healthineers seeks a maintenance engineering leader to direct an engineering team responsible for maintaining medical device manufacturing equipment. You will set day-to-day priorities, manage workload, and ensure high performance across maintenance activities while coordinating across Operations, Quality, EHS, Planning and Engineering.

You will oversee the annual reactor processing plant maintenance shutdown.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching technical teams.
• Ability to interpret engineering requirements and quality standards.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, calibrations and engineering interventions during live production.
• Strong problem solving with structured methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the engineering team, set direction and develop capability.
• Plan and schedule daily maintenance activities and priorities.
• Promote safety leadership and ensure compliance.
• Ensure 100% maintenance and calibration compliance.
• Oversee site audits readiness and quality compliance.
• Drive maintenance improvements from preventive to condition-based approaches.
