Maintenance Team Leader role on a heavy engineering site in Shropshire. You will lead the maintenance team on shift, coordinating with production to maximise plant availability and ensure PM completion to schedule.

The role requires strong leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with emphasis on HSE compliance, risk assessments, and fast root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and prevent recurrence.

• Previous experience in leading Maintenance teams.

• Manage contractors safely and respond to accidents or environmental issues.
• Ensure PMs/CMs/CIs are adhered to and report deviations.
