Job summary

Omega Red Group in Bulwell, Nottingham, is seeking a Repairs Administrator to support maintenance and repair services. You will coordinate engineers, schedule works, and manage service requests to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in facilities management or maintenance coordination, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling systems. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Nottingham site.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients, engineers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance and repair works across customer sites.
• Allocate engineers, subcontractors and resources to meet service targets.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to arrange appointments and provide updates.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion within SLAs.
• Maintain records of activities, quotes and completed works.
• Ensure compliance docs are processed and stored correctly.
• Use internal systems to track progress and support reporting.
• Assist in preparing reports and management information.
• Support operations team to deliver high-quality customer experience.
• Ensure activities comply with procedures and health & safety regulations.
