Job summary

Sherborne Talent Solutions is supporting a well-established international manufacturing group in Belfast to appoint a Maintenance & Reliability Manager. This site leadership role will shape the maintenance strategy and lead a growing team to improve uptime, reliability, safety and plant performance.

The role is permanent, day shift, with relocation support for non-locals. You will work closely with Production and Engineering to drive world-class maintenance at a highly automated site.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or HND required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance and reliability team.
• Develop and implement the site's maintenance strategy.
• Drive TPM and RCM practices including preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Lead root-cause analysis and reduce recurring equipment failures.
• Standardise maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Own maintenance KPIs and use data to drive improvement.
• Support long-term asset management and investment planning.
• Promote safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
