Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join a mobile maintenance team servicing Manchester and surrounding areas. The role covers maintenance plumbing, plantroom upkeep, and high-quality repairs on domestic and commercial systems.

Candidates should have recognised plumbing qualifications; NVQ Plumbing and Heating preferred. You will work from a home base with a mobile schedule, and there are benefits including a company van,

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing maintenance and plantroom maintenance.
• Repair and replace taps, toilets, pipes, pumps and valves.
• Perform PPM schedules and leak detection.
• Work on mobile basis from home base across Manchester and surrounding areas.

JOB INFORMATION

As a commercial maintenance plumber /mechanical engineer you would be based from home - working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, plantroom maintenance and repair of plumbing systems. You would be responsible for carrying out PPM schedules, leak detection, changing of pipes, pumps, valves, repair and replacement of taps, toilets and other general plumbing maintenance tasks
