Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a Mobile Commercial Plumber to cover London and the M25. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial plumbing systems and provide reliable service with a focus on facilities maintenance.

A competitive up-to-£50,000 salary is offered, with potential for career progression within the company. The role requires a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, plus the ability to work

Qualifications

• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential).
• Gas tickets (Domestic or Commercial) advantageous but not required.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial pipework installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Undertake press-fit pipework and soldering.
• Remove and replace calorifiers and water heaters.
• Maintain, repair and replace pumps.
• Maintain and service pressurisation units.
• Carry out fault-finding and repairs on commercial water systems.

Mobile Commercial Plumber – FM Service Provider – London/M25 – Up To £50,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in and around London & the M25. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to £50,000
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Vehicle + Fuel Card

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial pipework installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Undertake press-fit pipework and soldering.
• Remove and replace calorifiers and water heaters.
• Maintain, repair and replace pumps.
• Maintain and service pressurisation units.
• Carry out fault-finding and repairs on commercial water systems.
