Job summary

Artifex Interior Systems Limited is seeking a Maintenance Planner to liaise with the Maintenance Manager to develop, implement, maintain and run the Shire Maintenance Management system and link to Stores Management System across the whole of the Elmdon facility. Introducing maintenance best practices and generating KPIs that can be used to identify future improvements across the whole site.

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and reliability improvements to optimise maintenance performance

Qualifications

• Preferably have a background in an engineering discipline or qualification.
• Some background in maintenance would be preferable.
• Strong numeracy and proficiency with spreadsheets/databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programme across the site.
• Plan and schedule work orders, coordinating labour, permits, contractors and spares.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to complete maintenance safely and on time.
• Review work orders to improve PM frequencies, job plans and asset reliability.
• Produce and analyse KPIs including PM compliance and asset reliability trends.
