Job summary

BBI Solutions in Crumlin, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance across our manufacturing site. The role involves CMMS-driven scheduling, coordinating service contracts and calibrations with production, and managing spares to minimise downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS to schedule and track maintenance work.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement within maintenance teams.
• Pharma/biotech industry exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance activities across the facility using CMMS.
• Coordinate service contracts and calibration with production to minimise disruption.
• Review service reports and calibration certificates to meet requirements.
• Manage engineering spares inventory for planned and unplanned work.
• Lead weekly planning meetings to ensure schedule compliance.
• Define and maintain maintenance KPIs for internal and external activities.
