We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of a Maintenance Operative with a client side provider in Hammersmith.

Position: Maintenance Operative (Plumbing Biased)

Location: Hammersmith, West London

Salary: Up to £37,000

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a Maintenance operative with a strong background in Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance. This role involves carrying out plumbing & handyman duties at a number of presitigious sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipework (Steel, iron & copper)
• Fixing leaks
• Basic electrics
• Carpentry repairs
• Liasing with contractors
• General Handyman maintenance.

Package & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of up to £37,000
• Overtime available
• 20 days annual leave + 8 Bank holidays (Increases to 25 days after 5 years of service)
