Job summary

Connect Plus Services (CPS) is seeking a Maintenance Operative Level 1 – Structures to support inspections and routine maintenance across the M25 network, including bridges and gantries. The role combines manual work with record-keeping; you will use IT systems to update logs and help plan team tasks, with feedback to your line manager and safe operation of small plant.

No prior experience is required; full training provided.

Maintenance Operative Level 1 – Structures

To undertake routine inspections and maintenance of structures across the DBFO Network, including bridges, gantries, and smaller assets. The role involves both manual work and record-keeping, including updating systems and logs. The successful candidate will require strong IT skills, plan and allocate team tasks, provide feedback to their line manager, and operate small plant as part of the works.
