Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our premium clubs running smoothly, seven days a week. You will ensure all equipment is fully functional and safety is prioritized, contributing to a welcoming environment for members and colleagues.

The role requires practical skills (carpentry, plumbing, electrical work), a Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or equivalent), a full driving licence, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence and ability to travel between clubs.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to ensure safety and smooth operation for members and staff.
• Keep clubs in a clean, well-maintained state seven days a week.
• Support a welcoming environment and contribute to member satisfaction.

• Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
