Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will maintain pool equipment and general club facilities, ensuring safety and superb member experiences across multiple clubs.

A driving licence and ability to travel between clubs within your region are essential. You should have carpentry, plumbing, or electrical skills and a Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or similar) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical maintenance skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Pool plant operator qualification (STA or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool and essential equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Travel between clubs within the region when required.
• Contribute to a welcoming and safe member experience seven days a week.

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
