David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Operative in the United Kingdom to help ensure all gym equipment is safe and reliable, supporting a high-standard member experience.

The role requires practical skills in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work, plus Pool Plant Operator qualification (STA or similar) and a valid driving licence for travel between clubs within the region.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Pool Plant Operator qualification (STA or similar) required.
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure all club equipment is fully functioning for safe operations.
• Contribute to a clean and safe environment for members and staff.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a high-quality member experience 7 days a week.

About you :

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has t echnical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) - Essential

• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)

• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region

• S trong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
