Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative in Bristol to ensure equipment is safe and functioning and to uphold high standards of the club environment.

You will maintain facilities across sites, supporting member wellbeing and daily operations, with a focus on delivering an excellent experience seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrics) essential.
• Pool Plant Operator qualification (STA or similar) required.
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within the region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is fully functioning and safe for members and staff.
• Maintain club environment to support members’ wellbeing and daily operations.
• Contribute to delivering an excellent member experience across 7 days a week.
