1. Providing maintenance and repair services
2. Basic joinery, plumbing, painting, and general building tasks
3. Maintaining plant, services, and vehicles
4. Ensuring safety and reporting hazards
5. Traveling to other sites and emergency repairs outside normal hours
6. Weekly fire alarm and safety checks

Candidate requirements:
