The Housing Network is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our growing team in Manchester. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with responsibilities across void properties, common areas, and responsive maintenance to support vulnerable residents.
You will perform basic carpentry, painting and decorating, plumbing and electrical tasks, and help maintain safe, high-quality accommodation.
