Job description

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week with flexi time. Whilst hybrid working is available, this role is predominantly office-based or out on site with residents.

Williamsburgh Housing Association is a well-established RSL, with an excellent reputation, operating within Renfrewshire.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can lead performance management and quality control of our contractors. The core responsibilities include providing an efficient and comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and voids service. You will be integral to the success of the Property team within Williamsburgh Housing Association.

WHA is a member of the Scottish Housing Associations’ Pension Scheme, offering options for DC pension schemes for incoming employees. From 6th April 2025, the rates will be:

• Scheme 1: Employee 3% / Employer 6%
• Scheme 2: Employee 5% / Employer 10%
• Scheme 3: Employee 7% / Employer 12%

Scheme 3 contributions will increase by 1% annually until reaching 10% Employee and 15% Employer contributions by April 2028.
