Lammermuir House provides high-quality care for up to 48 residents with nursing needs, within a purpose-built, modern facility.
Because creating a safe, well-kept home starts with strong leadership behind the scenes.
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Officer to take the lead in ensuring our home is always running at its best. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our environment safe, welcoming, and fully functional, so that staff and residents can enjoy peace of mind every day.

You’re organized, proactive, and confident managing projects, from small upgrades to full renovations. You know how to keep things moving efficiently without cutting corners. Above all, you care about doing things properly because even small jobs can make a big difference in this setting.
Strong communication, leadership skills, and a good understanding of health & safety legislation are key. You’ll be comfortable working flexibly to meet the evolving needs of the home. If you're ready to lead with purpose, take pride in your work, and help us keep our home safe and welcoming, we’d love to hear from you.
