Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Paisley

Job Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week with Flexi time. Whilst hybrid working is available, this role is predominantly office-based or out on site with residents.

Grade: EVH grade 7 PA 22-25

Salary: £40,635 - £44,619

Hours: 35 per week

WHA is a member of the Scottish Housing Associations’ Pension Scheme, offering options for DC pension schemes. From 6th April 2025, the available rates will be:

• Scheme 1: Employee 3% / Employer 6%
• Scheme 2: Employee 5% / Employer 10%
• Scheme 3: Employee 7% / Employer 12%

Scheme 3 contributions will increase by 1% annually until reaching 10% Employee and 15% Employer contributions by April 2028.
